About Sandra

I used to cruise the French waterways with my husband four or five months a year, and wrote fiction and poetry. Now I live on the beautiful Dorset coast, enjoying the luxury of being able to have a cat, cultivating an extensive garden and getting involved in the community. I still write fiction, but only when the spirit moves me - which isn't as often as before. I love animals, F1 motor racing, French bread and my husband, though not necessarily in that order.

  5. Sandra, the bottom left is my favorite but I got a good laugh out of “My eerie offerings”, which sounds pretty creepy itself. 🙂 Have a non-eerie weekend.

Thanks; the top right is one that’s drawn my attention for a long time. It’s around a pedestrian crossing on the railway track near us – it’s supposed to deter people and animals from straying up the track. Everytime we cross the track I have to bend down to feel the texture. It’s almost warm, and spongy-feeling. As yet I haven’t captured the right photo of it, (to my mind) but I’ll keep trying.

  22. Lovely collection of photos for eerie. The black and white definitely adds a spooky feeling to the photos.
