Weekly Photo Challenge: Minimalist

The Challenge this week is ‘Mimalist’.  For other interpretations of this week’s theme visit the Weekly Photo Challenge site.

About Sandra

I used to cruise the French waterways with my husband four or five months a year, and wrote fiction and poetry. Now I live on the beautiful Dorset coast, enjoying the luxury of being able to have a cat, cultivating an extensive garden and getting involved in the community. I still write fiction, but only when the spirit moves me - which isn't as often as before. I love animals, F1 motor racing, French bread and my husband, though not necessarily in that order.

  1. Absolutely love the barn owl, Sandra. His eyes are penetrating. Wonderful shots for this week’s theme.

Thanks Barbara! I took his picture when the local owl sanctuary were holding a charity raising event in the centre of our town. There were lots of owls on perches and you were invited to donate something if you wanted to take their pictures. This one looked particularly outraged to be used thus. 🙂

What a striking gallery of images, Sandra. I love the way you have placed them, each photo standing on its own feet, but also working together too.
