Cee’s Oddball Photo Challenge is for those photos that don’t fit into any category. I think these qualify. As we cruise the waterways, there’s always a camera handy to capture the sights on the banks either side of us. The French will add a touch of artistry to the most functional of structures, and this cooling tower is a case in point. The other thing they do is to drive their cars into the rivers… 🙂

Great photos for the prompts, Sandra. I used to notice strange things tossed along on the shore on the Chesapeake Bay too back when we were boating. I can only imagine what’s actually been thrown in the bay as well.

Yes, you certainly wouldn’t want to see the bottom of a waterway. We occasionally do when a stretch of canal has been drained for lock repairs – not pretty.
