Ephemeral: Weekly Photo Challenge

A frosty morning is like a siren call to those interested in photography.  Little or no breakfast, hastily struggle into boots and gloves, grab the cameras and out into the woods.  Because nothing is more ephemeral than frost; the window of opportunity is fleeting, as the sun rises to dissipate the white hoar that has coated the woods during the night.  A true example of ‘ephemeral’ – lasting only a short period of time.

I’m looking forward to seeing what other contributors to the Weekly Photo Challenge have to offer for this ‘Ephemeral’ prompt.

About Sandra

I used to cruise the French waterways with my husband four or five months a year, and wrote fiction and poetry. Now I live on the beautiful Dorset coast, enjoying the luxury of being able to have a cat, cultivating an extensive garden and getting involved in the community. I still write fiction, but only when the spirit moves me - which isn't as often as before. I love animals, F1 motor racing, French bread and my husband, though not necessarily in that order.
