I went out early one morning last week, hoping that a heavy overnight dew might offer some unique photo opportunities. On the terrace, I took a close up of one of our tulip blooms, coated in dew. It was a surprise later, when I transferred it to my laptop, to find that what should have been a lovely, romantic, dewy bloom had turned out looking like a cluster of tongues!
Ugh!

About Sandra
I used to cruise the French waterways with my husband four or five months a year, and wrote fiction and poetry. Now I live on the beautiful Dorset coast, enjoying the luxury of being able to have a cat, cultivating an extensive garden and getting involved in the community. I still write fiction, but only when the spirit moves me - which isn't as often as before. I love animals, F1 motor racing, French bread and my husband, though not necessarily in that order.
I am laughing out loud here all by myself, Sandra. I see what you mean. Who would have guessed?
