Temporary: Weekly Photo Challenge

By the time I’ve reached for my camera, it’s highly likely that most vapour trails will have dispersed into the atmosphere.  I was luckier here, when the Red Devils performed over the sea for the local carnival.

And you have to be quick to catch a rainbow at its best, just before the storm moves on.

To catch more of those temporary moments, click on the Weekly Photo Challenge.

About Sandra

I used to cruise the French waterways with my husband four or five months a year, and wrote fiction and poetry. Now I live on the beautiful Dorset coast, enjoying the luxury of being able to have a cat, cultivating an extensive garden and getting involved in the community. I still write fiction, but only when the spirit moves me - which isn't as often as before. I love animals, F1 motor racing, French bread and my husband, though not necessarily in that order.

  1. Both great choices, Sandra, but those rainbows are wonderful. Happy Wednesday! The pingbacks and comments didn’t work only for a few minutes this week, which is great progress. 🙂

Great photos Sandra! You’ve changed the name of your blog, or did I discover another?

Those were amazing choices for the weekly challenge Sandra. Especially the rainbow pics. Very apt for the challenge. All the best

  6. There are so many images that disappear in the time it takes for us to reach our cameras, you did well to capture these fantastic fleeting moments.

I'd love to hear your views; it reassures me I'm not talking to myself.
